RETURN POLICY

At Afro Wally, some products are made to order while others are stocked in limited quantities. Because of that, our return policy differs by product type.

PRINT ON DEMAND T-SHIRTS

All T-shirts are made to order once your purchase is placed. Because these items are custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• General fit or preference issues

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

HATS

Hats may be returned or exchanged if they are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition

RETURN WINDOW

Any return or replacement request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Orders@suzannejonesconsulting.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because many Afro Wally products are limited releases, some items may not be available for replacement.
