About

AfroWally started with my dad.

Everyone called him Wally, and back in the 70s he had a full afro that people still talk about to this day. It fit him perfectly. Big personality, always joking, always talking to people, always bringing energy into a room.

Sports were a big part of his life, but it was never just about the game. It was about the people, the moments, and the stories that came with it.

After he passed, I wanted to build something that kept that energy alive and represented who he was. That is where AfroWally came from.

This is not traditional fan gear. These are pieces inspired by the vintage era of sports and culture, designed to feel like something you could have found in your dad’s closet from the 70s, 80s or 90s, but made to be worn today.

You can wear it to a game, but you can also wear it out to a bar, a concert, or just day to day. It is meant to fit into your life, not just game day.

The brand started in Denver, where I live now, but the idea goes beyond one city. It is about sports culture, fan identity, and the connection people have to the places and teams they care about.

At the end of the day, this is about keeping that energy alive. The kind of energy Wally brought into everything.

A portion of every sale goes to charity, because giving back and taking care of people was a big part of who he was.

This is AfroWally.
